Job Title: Senior Emulsion Formulator

Location: Mumbai, India

Estimated Salary: ₹ 2.5 million - ₹ 3.5 million per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Emulsion Formulator to lead our team in the development, optimization, and application of acrylic emulsions across various industries. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of acrylic emulsions and related technologies, as well as excellent leadership skills to support product development, improve existing formulations, optimize manufacturing processes, and ensure product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Development: Lead the creation and improvement of acrylic emulsion products.
  • Process Optimization: Advise on production efficiency and quality improvements.
  • Quality Control: Ensure products meet industry standards through testing and analysis.
  • Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve production or formulation issues.
  • Customer Interaction: Guide clients on product use and provide training.
  • Market Trends: Monitor industry trends and advise clients on new opportunities.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to environmental and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or related fields.
  • Experience: 15-20 years in acrylic emulsion development and process optimization.
  • Skills: Expertise in formulations, problem-solving, and client communication.

Work Environment: Based in Mumbai with occasional travel for client visits.
