Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Master Data Analyst II to join our Data Platforms team at Bristol Myers Squibb. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing Data Stewardship activities related to Customer Master, working closely with Senior Managers and Data Stewards to ensure data quality and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Data Stewardship activities, including manual stewardship, merge, unmerge, bulk data ingestion, source to master mapping, and archival.
- Integrate new data sources, perform data mapping, and conduct manual data profiling.
- Coordinate with internal source data providers and external providers to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Work with the Enterprise Master & Reference Data Products Governance Board to seek guidance on data governance and standards.
- Communicate effectively with downstream systems and stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow.
Requirements
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field; MS or related advanced degree is a plus.
- Pharma product data experience is a must.
- 5+ years' experience in data analytics, data science, or relevant experience.
- 3+ years of business operations experience and demonstrated experience in data stewardship - preferably customer or product master.
- Proficient with SQL and ability to query and analyze large datasets.
- 3+ years' experience with Python or other programming language.
