Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst II to join our Medical Evidence Generation team. As a critical member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing medical evidence generation portfolio data, participating in medically led initiatives, and contributing to the advancement of medical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and integrate data with expertise.
  • Analyze and interpret statistical data proficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date on pharmaceutical medical affairs domain knowledge.
  • Create compelling data visualizations and reports using tools like Tableau.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines while delivering high-quality results.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable plans and deliverables.
  • Utilize technical skills in SQL, Python, and Excel to drive data quality management, simplified analysis, visualizations, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
  • Familiarity with predictive modeling, clinical study milestones, and operational metrics is preferred.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in data tools, software (Python, SQL), and data manipulation/visualization tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with Clinical Trial databases (clinical trial master systems).
  • Understanding of study modalities and concepts.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
Experience and Education
  • 3-5 years of experience in Data Analytics.
  • Requires proficiency in statistical software and data manipulation/visualization tools.
  • Experience in advanced statistical techniques and automation using Python.
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI frameworks like Langchain and implementation of RAG/Text to SQL is an added advantage.

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
