Sales and Distribution Transformation Specialist

A successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, hands-on experience in project execution across multiple modules, and leadership skills to guide ERP activities focused on Sales & Distribution during organizational transitions.About the Role
This position is ideal for individuals who can design and implement JDE processes for divestiture scenarios, including customer/supplier master segregation, order closure, and data handover. The selected candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope and ensure compliance with business and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Transition Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement process changes for sales and distribution operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Sales & Distribution Expertise:
- Configure and support modules such as Sales Order Management (O2C), Purchase Order Processing (P2P), Inventory Management, Advanced Pricing and Preferences.
- Handle intercompany transactions, returns, and transfer orders.
- Integration & Data Migration:
- Lead data migration efforts for customer/supplier records and transactional history.
- Ensure seamless integration with Finance modules and third-party systems.
- Documentation & Testing:
- Prepare AS-IS/TO-BE process documents, functional specs, test scenarios, and training materials.
- Conduct CRP, UAT, and post-Go-Live support.
- Compliance & Reporting:
- Implement SOX-compliant controls and audit readiness.
- Support EDI inbound/outbound processes for different interfaces.
