We are seeking an experienced Asset Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our investment division, you will be responsible for driving asset growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisition initiatives.

Job Description

Lead Client Acquisition Initiatives

Develop and execute effective strategies to attract new clients and grow existing relationships. This includes identifying key distribution channels, building relationships with wealth management firms, and creating engaging pitches to convert prospects into clients.

Build and Manage Partnerships

Collaborate with distribution channels to drive business growth and deepen client relationships. This includes leading roadshows, webinars, and investor education sessions to showcase our products and services.

Drive Business Results

Achieve predefined asset growth targets while maintaining compliance with regulatory norms. This includes tracking competitor activity, market developments, and regulatory trends relevant to PMS and AIF segments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 10–15 years of experience in PMS/AIF sales or distribution—ideally within an AMC, wealth management firm, or registered investment advisor.
  • Deep familiarity with capital markets, PMS/AIF product structures, regulatory environment, and investor segmentation.
  • Stellar interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with academic credentials of B. Com or MBA in Commerce or Marketing.
