Our organization is seeking a seasoned and skilled Professional for the position of Asset Valuation Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in valuation analysis, technical policy development, and portfolio management. They will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying areas for revenue growth, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics
    • Analyze asset values using various valuation approaches and theories
    • Develop and implement valuation models for asset valuation
    • Gather data through direct client interaction and site visits
    • Inspect assets including residential, commercial, and industrial properties
    • Identify new revenue streams and maintain relationships with builders
    • Liaise with valuation agencies, real estate developers, and government bodies
    • Build relationships with key stakeholders and monitor construction status
    • Segment markets based on property types and identify high-risk areas
    • Guide policy development and monitor portfolio performance
    • Control fraud and develop processes to manage risks
    • Scrutinize project approvals and ensure compliance
