Role Overview:

As a Program Advisor, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential students who have shown interest in our programs. Your primary responsibility will be to consult with these individuals via phone or email, helping them understand how our programs can align with their career goals.

You will work closely with our team to identify qualified leads, provide personalized guidance, and support learners through the enrollment process. Your ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively will be essential in achieving our sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise career changers on how our world-class education from leading universities can help launch them into a high-growth career.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified leads interested in our programs.
  • Provide in-depth information to prospective students via phone or email, addressing their concerns and questions.
  • Guide learners through the enrollment process, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to our sales processes and data management systems.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of inside sales/consultative selling experience in international education markets.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong phone presence and ability to make a large number of calls daily.
  • Experience using CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
  • A growth mindset and ability to implement feedback.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize a large pipeline and manage multiple stages of the enrollment process.
