We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team in promoting international nursing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough counselling sessions with nursing aspirants, guiding them on international courses, licensing pathways, and career opportunities abroad.
  • Explain eligibility, admission processes, fees, visa requirements, and licensing exams in detail.
  • Assist students with applications, documentation, and compliance requirements, ensuring seamless enrolment processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for admissions, operations, and marketing to drive student engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records, follow-ups, and counselling reports, providing valuable insights for team growth.
Requirements:
  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Education, or related field (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in education abroad, healthcare, or recruitment, preferably in a counselling role.
  • Strong understanding of nursing abroad pathways and excellent communication skills (English and local language).
  • Target-driven individual with strong sales and conversion orientation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
