Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced financial recruiter with a deep knowledge of the financial industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial analyst roles and the unique requirements of our clients. This role will involve sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent to fill financial analyst positions for our esteemed clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Proactively source and recruit financial analysts and other finance-related roles to meet the needs of our clients in the UK and UAE.
  • Closure: The selected candidate should have experience in the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding of candidates.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their specific hiring needs, organizational culture, and long-term goals.
  • Candidate Screening: Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit through detailed screening and interviews.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the financial industry to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to the management team on recruitment activities, challenges, and successes.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting with a focus on the financial industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the financial analyst roles, financial markets, and industry trends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate client needs and candidate qualifications effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
