Job Title: High Performance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced High Performance Engineer to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of high-quality software products, ensuring they meet rigorous performance standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive performance testing strategies.
  • Analyzing complex issues and deriving effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Leveraging strong leadership skills to inspire and guide team members towards successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of performance testing into development pipelines.
  • Mentoring and guiding team members, fostering their professional growth and contributing to the development of the next generation of performance engineers.
Key Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience with performance testing, monitoring, analyzing, and tuning web applications and supporting infrastructure in Web and Mobile platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in leading engineers and driving business success through exceptional performance engineering skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, developers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide team members towards successful project outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues and derive effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Dedication to maintaining a high standard of quality in software products through rigorous testing methodologies.
  • Strategic thinking to anticipate testing needs and contribute to overall project planning.
  • Experience working with Kubernetes and Cloud Native Infrastructure.
  • Experience with AWS/Azure/Google Cloud.
