We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled accounting professional to fill a key role within our team.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in managing accounting processes and ensuring financial accuracy for U.S.-based clients.

The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and have hands-on experience with lease accounting, CAM reconciliation, and other relevant accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage recurring bookkeeping tasks for multiple clients, ensuring consistent and accurate financial reporting.
  • Perform monthly and quarterly close processes, ensuring all transactions are recorded and reconciled properly.
  • Prepare quarterly financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) within a 60-day window from the end of the quarter, adhering to U.S. GAAP standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in Sage Intacct and Yardi.
  • Proven experience working with U.S.-based clients, with a deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and its application to accounting processes.
  • In-depth understanding of accounting principles, including lease accounting (ASC 842), CAM reconciliation, and other U.S. GAAP standards.

  • Strong ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to ensure data accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes, software, and technologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with clients and internal teams.
