Job Title : Solution Expert - Enterprise Software

Location : Noida / Pune / Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad

Shift Timing : 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle CX Solutions Expert with in-depth knowledge of Oracle B2C Service Cloud, Oracle Field Service, Oracle B2B Service Cloud, and Oracle Sales Cloud. This role demands hands-on experience, strategic thinking, and the ability to deliver end-to-end solutions in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Oracle CX implementations with a focus on delivering tailored solutions for clients.

- Own the delivery lifecycle: from requirement gathering to solution design, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.

- Design and develop screens, components, and workflows that meet client needs and improve customer experiences.

- Create high-quality documentation and presentations for stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication across teams.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

- Provide expert-level support and guidance to clients, ensuring solution effectiveness and customer delight.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in Oracle CX (CRM) with strong expertise in solution architecture and implementation.

- 4-6 years of experience in Oracle Cloud solution implementations with a proven track record of success.

- Strong problem-solving, customer handling, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.

- Excellent documentation and presentation capabilities, with a focus on clarity and concision.
