Functional Architect –

will play a highly strategic & visible role to enable successful go-lives for HCM Cloud implementation projects.

is required to play a hands-on role to resolve issues in implementation projects, build POCs during the sales cycle, work on enhancing existing tools & accelerators, build new tools & accelerators.

needs to be a subject matter expert in a functional capacity across HCM Cloud modules / must have expertise in multiple modules and should have exposure to the entire HCM Cloud suite.

should have worked as a functional lead / architect for implementing HCM Cloud for one or more geographies (EMEA, APAC, North America, Latin America).
