As a key team member, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion across the financial services industry. Your expertise will be instrumental in securing mandates from various institutions, including banks, NBFCs, ARCs, and PEs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Grow the financial services department within a specific geographic location
  2. Secure mandates from financial institutions for products from the region earmarked
  3. Develop strong relationships with PSU and Private Banks, financial institutions, and non-banking finance companies
  4. Finalize commercial terms for mandates in consultation with vertical heads
  5. Coordinate with execution teams for mandate execution as per agreed timelines
  6. Be the single point of contact for clients
  7. Conduct market analysis and stay up-to-date on current market happenings
  8. Ensure timely submission of reports and invoices to clients
  9. Collect payments for generated mandates
  10. Gather sectoral knowledge and insights
  11. Keep bankers informed about new research reports and insights published
  12. Achieve targets set for the timeline

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development for advisory reports of valuation, assets, and other financial services
  • Strong connections with financial institutions and banks
  • Excellent communication skills and pleasing personality
  • Females preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business development in the financial domain
