Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Overview:

The role of a ServiceNow Developer involves supporting and implementing services on the ServiceNow platform with 3+ years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and implement services on ServiceNow with 3+ years of experience
  • Familiarity with the Service portal is advantageous
  • ITIL/ServiceNow certifications are a plus
  • Establish quality control standards, monitor performance, and provide reports
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow integration protocols
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and effective time management
  • Proficiency in web-based development languages, especially JavaScript and Ajax
  • Understanding of ITSM Framework, ITIL, ITOM, HRSD, ITAM, GRC

This role requires a strong understanding of IT service management principles and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Ajax
  • ITIL/ServiceNow certifications are a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
