We're seeking a skilled Principal Site Reliability Engineer to automate processes, monitor performance, lead incident response, and work closely with engineering teams.
Main Responsibilities- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable applications and infrastructure in cloud or hybrid environments.
- Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and observability systems.
- Automate operational tasks using scripts and Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
- Collaborate with engineers to build highly available, reliable systems.
- Own incident response by participating in on-call rotations and conducting RCAs.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical and communication skills to support project operational issues. We're looking for proactive problem-solvers who can contribute to reliability excellence across our organization.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 12+ years of experience as an SRE or related role managing large-scale solutions or platforms.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Go, Bash.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration.
- Experienced with monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability tools.
Desired qualifications include experience with Terraform and other Infrastructure-as-Code tools, SRE-specific certifications, and shaping SRE practices.
