Reliability Specialist

We seek a skilled Reliability Specialist to ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of our trading platforms and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, building, and maintaining resilient systems that meet the demands of fast-paced trading environments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure system reliability and availability by optimizing performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Design and implement fault-tolerant architectures and systems to minimize downtime and ensure continuous availability of trading services.
  • Develop and implement monitoring solutions to detect anomalies, performance degradation, and system failures.
  • Manage deployment pipelines and release processes for trading systems, ensuring smooth and reliable deployments with minimal disruption to trading operations.
  • Implement security best practices and compliance measures to protect trading systems and customer data from unauthorized access.
  • Monitor trading volumes and system usage to forecast capacity requirements and plan for scaling infrastructure to handle peak trading loads.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
