Manage inventory, stock availability, shrink control and loss prevention measures.

Maintain store hygiene, safety and regulatory compliance.

Oversee cash handling, billing processes and adherence to company financial guidelines.

**Team Leadership & Development**

Recruit, train and mentor store staff to drive performance and engagement.

Build a high-performing team through regular coaching, feedback and development programs.

Ensure manpower availability for planned training and operational efficiency.

**Qualifications & Experience**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail management.
  • Strong business acumen, financial management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, customer centricity and people management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.
