Job description Job Title: Store Executive Location: [ Mumbai ] Job Summary: The Store Executive is responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, maintaining stock accuracy, supporting sales activities, and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage store operations, including receiving, stocking, and issuing goods. Maintain accurate inventory records and regularly update stock data in the system. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to replenish items as needed. Ensure proper organization and labeling of items in the store/warehouse. Handle order processing, dispatch, and timely delivery coordination. Conduct periodic stock audits, physical verification, and reconcile discrepancies. Implement store policies and standard operating procedures. Support the sales team by ensuring product availability and prompt stock replenishment. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness in the store area. Coordinate with vendors, logistics providers, and internal teams for smooth operations. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and sales reports. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in store management or inventory control. Proficiency with inventory management software (ERP, SAP, etc.). Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of supply chain and warehouse procedures. Basic financial skills related to inventory valuation.
