Chief Financial Operations Specialist

The Billing and Recoveries Lead will be responsible for standardising, centralising, and owning all billing and cost recoveries related finance operations tasks across the division.
- This role requires a professional with experience in analysis, accounting & management reporting.
- A strong understanding of financial processes is essential for this position.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal influencing skills
- Self-starting ability to define and implement processes
- Technical skills and ability to work independently
- Strong analytical skills to resolve financial issues and streamline processes
This is a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. The candidate must be able to navigate a highly matrixed organisation effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Standardise, centralise, and own all billing and cost recoveries related finance operations tasks
- Lead processing and transactional work including month-end recovery journals, billings process, and backups
- Manage efficient process of providing relevant backups for inter-company postings to trading divisions on monthly basis
- Support Finance Controller and wider Divisional finance with inputs into month-end reporting and analysis
- 4-6 years of experience in analysis, accounting & management reporting role
- Certificate of Chartered Accountancy (CA) or MBA qualification an advantage
- Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Office applications is required
- Experience in SAP an added advantage
