Job Description:

The Partner Marketing Manager will oversee the administration of partner marketing programs, ensuring compliance and supporting the marketing team.

  • Track expenses and funding types by country.
  • Verify Proof of Performance for compliance, dates, itemized receipts, partner representative, etc.
  • File in multiple partner portals.
  • Monitor approvals, payments, follow up on rejections and unpaid claims.
  • Tie payments to projects.
  • Reconcile differences and allocate overages as necessary including assisting the field marketing team with tracking and processing activities associated with client events.

Closing projects and monthly accounting functions include:

  • Account reconciliation and reporting including pulling expenses from marketing projects and converting exchange rates.
  • Allocate funds to discretionary, project or profit and loss, track discretionary, MOU, and Arrow funds.
  • Report number of claims/dollars claimed vs received monthly.
