**Job Title:** Senior Officer Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and validating user requirements for SAP enhancements, reports, and additional developments.

  • You will work closely with functional leads to ensure smooth business process operations and coordinate with SAP support partners for incident resolution, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Maintaining compliance with pharmaceutical IT regulations (Data Integrity, GxP, Audit Trail, Validation) is also a key aspect of this role.
  • In addition to these responsibilities, you will perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT coordination before moving changes to the production environment.
  • Acting as Project Coordinator for cross-functional SAP-related initiatives, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder alignment, is another critical task in this position.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong understanding of inter-module integration and SAP landscape (DEV, QAS, PRD) is essential for this role.
  • SAP certification(s) in MM / SD / PP / QM / FICO or S/4HANA is preferred.
  • Familiarity with GxP, GMP, Data Integrity, 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11 compliance requirements is also required.
  • Hands-on experience with project coordination, testing (Unit, Integration, UAT), and documentation (SOPs, CRs, Test Scripts) is necessary.
