**Job Title:** SAP Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our large-scale SAP implementation project for a major client.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Planning and Management:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing project plans, resource allocation, and timelines. They must ensure that project deliverables are met within quality standards.

  1. Leadership and Team Management:

The successful candidate will lead a cross-functional team of SAP consultants, developers, and stakeholders. They will motivate and guide team members to ensure successful project outcomes.

  1. SAP Implementation Expertise:

The selected candidate will oversee the SAP solution implementation, ensuring alignment with customer requirements. They will collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to resolve implementation issues.

  1. Risk Management and Quality Assurance:

The chosen candidate will identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. They will ensure quality standards are met through regular monitoring and audits.

  1. Stakeholder Management:

The ideal candidate will communicate project progress, issues, and changes to stakeholders, including the client, project team, and internal leadership. They will manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns promptly.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in managing large-scale IT projects, preferably SAP implementation projects & Activate methodology.
  • Certifications: PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
  • Skills:

You should possess strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and controlling, are essential. In-depth knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies and best practices is required. Experience with project management tools, such as MS Project, Asana, or similar, is an advantage.

Familiarity with Catering industry processes is an added advantage.
