We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement Midserver configuration, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph Connector (SGC) with a good understanding and hands-on experience.
  • Have a solid grasp of networking concepts, including DMZ zone, Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud environment, and industrial control systems.
  • Understand how OT network functions and Purdue Model architecture work.
  • Prior experience in implementing OT Visibility and OT Asset Management & OT Service Management module in ServiceNow is highly desirable.
  • Have basic understanding of Windows, Linux/UNIX administrations, and Power/Shell scripting.
  • Develop moderate understanding of database-level architecture and SQL query writing.
  • Script automated processes using Business Rule, Script Action, and other relevant tools.
  • Configure and enhance ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM modular platform capabilities.
  • Develop ITOM configuration, including CMDB data alignment and automated data population, and data import.
  • Document development, configuration, and technical details, and prepare training material for projects.
  • Implement CSDM framework for Operational Technology, develop end-to-end data alignment process documents, and train stakeholders.
  • Help identify issues, gather data, analyze, and present solutions to project stakeholders.
