Hiring for a Senior Structural Engineer is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage high-profile projects in structural engineering.

- Experience: 5+ years

- Qualifications: Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering + Master of Technology in Structures

- Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with senior directors, project managers, and construction managers to develop and integrate processes and procedures that drive project success.

- Deliver multiple projects or parts of larger projects to completion, on time and within budget.

- Work closely with clients and structural design engineers to produce innovative designs that meet client expectations.

- Ensure effective staff training initiatives and conduct timely performance reviews to foster growth and development.

- Implement quality management and continuous improvement programs to enhance project outcomes.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience and proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, Revit, CAD, and advanced skills in Macros/VBA in Excel.

- Ability to work independently on projects and handle teams effectively.

- Good organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.

- Experience in structural engineering building design on multidisciplinary projects.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with Timesheets, Tekla, Dynamo, and 3D Structure Modeling Software.

- Experience with Precast Technology and hands-on experience in designing Precast Buildings.

- Structural design license.
