Structural Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented engineer to fill a key role in our organization.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of industrial foundations and steel structures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Analyze Structural Components: Develop and implement designs for industrial foundations and steel structures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
  • Prepare Technical Documents: Create detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports to support project development.
  • Conduct Site Inspections: Verify that constructed projects meet design, safety, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Project Teams: Work closely with architects, project managers, and other engineering disciplines to achieve project goals.
  • Review and Approve Calculations: Ensure accuracy and adherence to industry codes and client requirements.
  • Provide Technical Guidance: Offer expert advice to junior engineers and project teams on structural analysis and design principles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering: A degree in civil or structural engineering is required; a master's degree is preferred.
  • Industrial Foundation and Steel Structure Design Experience: 5–10 years of experience in designing industrial foundations and steel structures.
  • Proficiency in Structural Analysis Software: Proficient in using software such as STAAD Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, and Tekla for structural analysis and design.
  • Knowledge of Industry Codes: Strong understanding of IS codes, AISC, Eurocodes, or other international standards.
  • Detailed Drawing and Modeling Skills: Hands-on experience in creating detailed engineering drawings and models.
  • Problem-Solving and Project Management Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Communication and Teamwork Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
