Job Title: Structural Design Expert

This is a senior-level position requiring at least 10 years of relevant experience in structural engineering design for buildings and social infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and post-graduate degree in structural engineering.

Key responsibilities include providing structural design inputs, reviewing and finalizing structural designs, drawings, and detailed estimates, conducting structural analysis, and ensuring compliance with IS codes, NBC, and applicable international standards.

We are looking for someone with strong documentation, reporting, and problem-solving skills, ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, prior experience in project delivery for social infrastructure projects, experience in both government and donor-funded assignments, and familiarity with sustainable and disaster-resilient design practices.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent technical knowledge of structural design software such as STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, and AutoCAD.

Apart from the core responsibilities, you will also be responsible for coordinating with architects, civil engineers, and other specialists to ensure integrated design solutions, assessing foundation design, load calculations, earthquake-resistant design, and durability aspects.
