We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead frontline reconnaissance missions to uncover client pain points and business goals.
- Engage in high-stakes diplomacy through consultative dialogues to align solutions with real-world client problems.
- Draft operational blueprints and co-authored roadmaps to plot the advance toward client success.
- Collaborate with solution architects, analysts, and engineers to customize and calibrate Martech weaponry.
- Deliver clarity in chaos by articulating ROI and strategic advantage like a war general pitching to a defense council.
- Keep a full supply chain of opportunity by building and replenishing a high-quality pipeline across sectors and geographies.
- Surpass monthly and quarterly conquest goals.
- Coordinate tactical handovers with internal units to ensure seamless deployment of forces post-contract.
- Stay embedded in early deployment to secure buy-in and alignment on both sides of the trench.
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years in consultative B2B combat, ideally in Martech, SaaS, or analytics units.
- Trained in digital marketing, analytics, and automation tools.
- Decorated in C-suite-level engagements and enterprise sales diplomacy.
- Self-led operator with a history of solo missions and effective cross-unit collaboration.
Field Tools You Should Know:
- Familiarity with high-grade Martech tools: GA4, BigQuery, GTM, DV360, and Google Ads.
- Exposure to solution-selling doctrines (Challenger, SPIN, MEDDIC, etc.).
- Competency in analyzing battle maps and presenting outcomes in simple storytelling way.
