Project Management Opportunity

The position of Project Manager is available in our organization. This role involves working with a team of Oracle utility experts to implement the Oracle Customer Experience for Utilities (CX4U) solution in a high call volume call center.

  • Manage the day-to-day tasks of a small team, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and goals.
  • Deliver project outcomes that meet business value expectations and customer satisfaction standards.
  • Track risks and issues, facilitate problem resolution, and manage communication and issue escalation in a timely manner.
  • Provide weekly status reports and debriefs to leadership on project progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Oracle product teams, developers, testers, and project managers.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the utilities domain.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in the utilities (water, gas, electric) industry.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall and agile).
  • Experience leading projects utilizing standard project management tools (MS project, JIRA, Smartsheet, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, promote effective communication, resolve conflict, and handle conflicting priorities.
  • Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills and a keen interest in delivering high-quality deliverables.
