We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to join our team as a Remote Recruiter. This role will involve leading and growing our recruitment team from anywhere in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters working on mid to senior-level mandates across various industries.
  • Mentor and train junior recruiters to improve their skills in sourcing, screening, and client management.
  • Assign and prioritize job requisitions among team members based on capability and bandwidth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular updates, quality profiles, and strategic support.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
  • Meet team targets on closures, client satisfaction, and turnaround time (TAT).
  • Regularly review and report on team performance metrics and hiring KPIs.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4–6 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year in a team-leading role.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to work on leadership and niche roles across sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals, ATS, and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent team leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
