Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Merchandise Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and managing buyer accounts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Buyer Account Development: Develop and manage buyer relationships to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Order Procurement: Procure orders from buyers and ensure timely payment receipt.
  • Design Input: Collaborate with design teams to provide input on collections.
  • Contact Management: Tap into existing buyer networks to secure new orders at competitive prices.
  • Market Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends and communicate insights to the team.
  • Pulse on Buyers: Maintain a pulse on buyers' buying patterns and financial condition.
  • Spot Costing: Provide tentative spot costing during buyer meetings.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with production, dispatch, and quality departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Industry Best Practices: Stay current with industry best practices to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Communication and Organization: Possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and maintain a high level of organization.
