Job Title: Oracle JD Edwards S&D Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill this role.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the JDE EnterpriseOne Sales & Distribution module and possess techno-functional skills to support issues.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting interfaces to MFG PRO, Demand Solutions, Positive pay, Labelling solutions, and Oracle APS
  2. Understanding highly customized Manufacturing Accounting processes
  3. Application testing for all system changes and projects
  4. Knowledge transfer and other support-related activities
  5. Second-level support for resolution of service requests and system defects
  6. Key involvement in the resolution of high-severity user issues and system defects
  7. Review and approval of root cause analysis, workarounds, and support
  8. Documentation preparation by Support analysts
  9. Guidance and expertise provision to Support analysts in resolving complex issues
  10. Interaction with Business users throughout the lifecycle of the support call from initiation till closure
  11. Resolution of all JDE level 2 Application Support calls logged through the Help desk
  12. Regular interaction with JDE development and CNC Admin support teams
  13. Owning support tickets pertaining to respective modules till closure
  14. Providing on-call support after business hours for high-severity issues
  15. Experience in working on JDE projects with onsite-offshore models for Application Development and support

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. 6+ years of Technical Experience
  2. 4 years of Relevant Experience
