Job Title: EH&S Business Analyst

EH&S (Environment, Health & Safety) professionals play a critical role in ensuring the well-being of employees and the organization as a whole. As an EH&S Business Analyst, you will serve as the single point of contact between the EH&S business function and IT.

Your key duties will include:

  • Managing EH&S-related IT projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering to delivery;
  • Performing business analysis, translating EH&S business needs into IT requirements and solutions;
  • Serving as Service Manager for EH&S applications and platforms, ensuring stability, compliance, and usability;
  • Overseeing incident, request, and release management activities for EH&S applications;

You will collaborate with global process owners to ensure alignment of local needs with global standards. In this role, you will coordinate enhancements, upgrades, and integrations of EH&S solutions within the enterprise landscape.

To be successful in this position, you will require 10–15 years of experience in IT business partnering, business analysis, or service management. Strong knowledge of EH&S processes and supporting IT systems is also essential. Additionally, you should have experience in project management (end-to-end IT project lifecycle) and good understanding of ITIL practices (incident, change, release, and problem management). Hands-on experience with service and vendor management is also required.

A strong stakeholder engagement skillset with ability to bridge IT and business functions is crucial. Experience working in global environments with multiple business units and process owners is also desirable.
