At our company, we're on a mission to grow and succeed in the competitive world of Amazon sales. To help us achieve this goal, we're looking for an experienced Amazon Seller Account Manager
- Manage Advertising Campaigns: Develop and execute effective advertising strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI) across various Amazon channels.
- Coordinate Stock Management: Collaborate with operations teams to ensure region-wise stock management, minimizing out-of-stock situations and drops in sales.
- Monitor Amazon Changes: Stay up-to-date with Amazon's latest policies, fees, and changes, resolving issues promptly to maintain business continuity.
- Analyze Customer Feedback: Regularly review customer reviews and ratings, escalating quality and packing concerns to the relevant teams.
- Plan Weekend Sales Strategies: Leverage higher traffic periods to drive sales growth by planning and executing targeted promotional activities.
- Optimize Listings: Regularly check listing pages, updating variations, optimizing keywords, and adjusting categories as needed to improve product visibility.
- Collaborate with Amazon Account Managers: Work closely with Amazon account managers to secure support, promotions, and growth opportunities that align with business objectives.
- Pricing Strategies: Develop and implement pricing strategies that balance profitability with expected margins.
- Overall Account Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the Amazon seller account, including sales tracking, product improvement, and compliance initiatives.
- New Product Research: Conduct market research and plan for new product launches to expand the business footprint.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in Amazon Seller Central & Ads (PPC management)
Strong knowledge of stock planning, pricing, and sales analytics
Effective communication and coordination skills to work with operations and vendor teams
Able to handle data, reports, and decision-making independently
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Location: Coimbatore, India - Full-time, Office-based
