Job Overview

We seek an experienced professional with strong leadership skills to oversee advisory packages and ensure high-quality results. Technical expertise in Renewable Energy is essential for conducting thorough evaluations of substation performance, identifying bottlenecks, and suggesting upgrade requirements.

Key responsibilities include performing Power Flow Studies using tools such as ETAP, generating Equipment Condition Reports, and evaluating PV Plant Feasibility & Performance.

As a key member of our team, you will act as the main point of contact with clients and engage with state government officials and DISCOMs. You will lead project personnel, manage team members, and ensure timely reporting and project deployment.

Qualifications & Experience:

A university degree in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or related fields, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Renewable Energy is required. A Master's degree is preferred.

Deep technical knowledge of solar PV and distribution grid operations, proven project management expertise, and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
