Job Title: Renewable Energy Installation Manager

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to oversee and coordinate the installation of renewable energy systems at our project sites.
  • The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in solar PV installation or relevant project execution, with a strong understanding of technical drawings and quality standards.
  • A degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision
  • Monitor daily installation activities and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures.
  • Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve project objectives.
Project Coordination
  • Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
Quality & Safety
  • Enforce compliance with industry regulations and standards for safety and environmental protection.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure high-quality installations.
Technical Support
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to installation teams as needed.
  • Conduct initial system testing and commissioning to ensure proper functionality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera for project planning and management.
  • Familiarity with tools and equipment used in solar PV installation and maintenance.
Soft Skills
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving and time management skills to meet project deadlines and deliver results.
