  • Develop high-quality products using ServiceNow platform capabilities
  • Implement integrations and workflows, leveraging Flow Designer, legacy Workflow, Integration HUB, and REST APIs
  • Work closely with senior engineers and product managers/Business System Analysts to design, develop, test automation, and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure test results meet expectations
  • Provide 2nd level ServiceNow support, resolving incidents and Process Management

Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of software development experience with at least 2+ years in ServiceNow
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Certification in ITIL and one of the ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (CIS) - ITSM, Discovery

Talents Needed for Success:

  • Strong knowledge in IT Service Management and CMDB
  • At least 2 years of experience with JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, REST APIs
  • Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies
  • ServiceNow Platform/Scripting/APIs/Service Portal/Applications experience
