Job Summary:

\

We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager with a strong background in large-scale industrial and high-tech projects. The role requires expertise in cleanroom environments, critical utilities, and complex infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Lead and manage all MEP activities (HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection, utilities, and process piping) for the project.\
  • Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and equipment vendors to ensure alignment with project specifications, cleanroom standards, and client requirements.\
  • Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of critical systems including power distribution, HVAC, ultrapure water treatment, process gases, and other semiconductor-specific utilities.\
  • Ensure compliance with international codes/standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, SEMI standards, etc.) and local regulations.\
  • Monitor project progress, manage schedules, control budgets, and provide regular updates to senior management.\
  • Implement and enforce quality control and safety protocols specific to semiconductor facilities.\
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and coordination issues across multiple disciplines.\
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to deliver the project within timelines and cost targets.\

Requirements & Qualifications\
  • \
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).\
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP works, with at least 5 years in semiconductor / high-tech / cleanroom projects.\
  • Proven expertise in HVAC systems for cleanrooms, ultrapure water systems, process gases, and high-voltage electrical distribution.\
  • Strong project management and leadership skills with ability to handle multi-disciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.\
  • Familiarity with BIM, AutoCAD, and project management tools.\
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\
