Job Title

A Performance Optimisation Specialist is sought to drive the strategic direction of digital performance across global markets. The role involves leading end-to-end performance analysis, developing advanced dashboards and reporting frameworks, and translating complex data into actionable business recommendations.

About The Role
  • Lead performance analysis across paid media channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
  • Develop and own advanced analytics and reporting frameworks for leadership visibility
  • Translate complex data into strategic business recommendations
  • Partner with Paid Media Managers, Growth Marketing, and Data Science teams to shape acquisition and retention strategies
  • Conduct in-depth analyses on attribution models, conversion paths, and media mix optimisation
Key Responsibilities
  1. Leverage advanced analytics tools to drive data-driven decision making
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies
  3. Analyse complex data sets to identify trends and areas for improvement
  4. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to building a data-driven culture within the organisation
What We're Looking For
  • 7+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, media analytics, or digital growth roles
  • Strong command of digital ad platforms: Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels
  • Proficiency in advanced analytics & BI tools: Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, SQL
  • Solid understanding of attribution modelling, incrementality testing, and ROI forecasting
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to connect performance data to strategic business outcomes
