Job Title: Digital Content Strategist

We are seeking a motivated and experienced digital content strategist to lead the development of engaging content for diverse brands.

This role involves overseeing cross-platform content, mentoring a creative team, and delivering high-impact campaigns aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in content strategy and creation.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Developing long-term content strategies across multiple platforms
  • Managing and mentoring junior and mid-level team members
  • Planning and executing content calendars, brand launches, and digital activations
  • Evaluating content performance, audience behavior, and competitive landscape
  • Coordinating with content, design, and performance marketing teams for integrated campaigns
  • Identifying and managing influencer partnerships and user-generated content opportunities
  • Leading brand response management, crisis communication, and tone-of-voice training
  • Presenting performance reports and strategic insights to internal teams and clients

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Deep knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Proficiency in content creation tools, such as Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Buffer, or Sprout Social
  • A strong grasp of social media trends, formats, and cross-platform content adaptations
  • Brand storytelling and blending organic and paid media strategies
  • Thought leadership and a proactive, solutions-first mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt tone and messaging to suit different brand voices and target audiences
  • Strong skills in team mentoring, leadership, and conflict resolution
