Job Overview

The Head of Finance plays a pivotal role in driving the company's financial strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maintaining a strong reputation.

  • Lead the finance function, encompassing accounting, financial planning & analysis, taxation, compliance, and risk management.
  • Provide strategic insights to the leadership team, informing key decisions.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, management information systems (MIS), and reporting processes.
  • Maintain statutory compliance, internal controls, and audit standards.
  • Collaborate with business leaders on investments, pricing strategies, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Implement best practices in financial systems, processes, and automation.
  • Develop and mentor the finance team to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Nurture relationships with external auditors, banks, consultants, and investors.
Key Requirements
  • Strong expertise in accounting, business finance, financial planning & analysis, reporting, and financial modeling.
  • Proven track record of leading teams (not an individual contributor role).
  • Experience in auditing, financial controlling, governance, and compliance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15+ years of experience in finance leadership roles.
  • Prior experience in SaaS, Digital Technology, or IT Product companies.
  • Exposure to global finance practices and investor relations.
