Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee share transfers and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining accurate records of share ownership, and preparing necessary documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee share transfers to guarantee adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Facilitate smooth transfer processes by working collaboratively with various stakeholders and obtaining necessary approvals.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date records of share ownership and all related transactions.

Financial Reporting and Compliance:

  • Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of financial records and books of partners.
  • Prepare and update financial statements for partners, including calculating profit shares.
  • Support audit processes and prepare relevant documentation as needed.

Analysis and Collaboration:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports: monthly, quarterly, and annual.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities; present actionable findings to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Mandatory: CMA qualification (Cost & Management Accountant), fully qualified or in advanced stage.
  • At least 2 years of experience in finance operations, specifically in share transfers and partners' books maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards.
  • Proficient user of accounting software; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
