Job Overview

Your future role will involve applying your extensive field engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field.

  • Youll work alongside dedicated and solution-driven teammates, providing leadership in troubleshooting and resolving technical/quality issues to enhance customer satisfaction and product performance.
  • Day-to-day, youll collaborate with teams across the business (Product Introduction Management, Quality, Engineering), supporting technical activities and much more.

We look to you for:

  • Supporting technical activities during Product Introduction (PI) and Commissioning phases.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and failures.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to technicians.
  • Ensuring the quality of technical documentation and feedback.
  • Driving issue resolution processes and reliability improvements.
  • Managing as-maintained product configurations and documentation.
  • Another key responsibility is to apply problem-solving skills effectively.

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
  • Several years of technical experience in mechanical or electrical/electronic engineering.
  • Knowledge of railway safety, reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety (RAMS) and EHS standards.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and product knowledge.
  • A certification in EHS, DFQ, or Quality Audit is desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
