  • Implement and monitor technical strategy performance metrics to ensure data-driven decision making.
  • Communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and goals with the engineering staff members.
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met, promoting a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field of study.
  • Minimum 3+ years' of management experience, preferably in an engineering context.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to inspire and motivate the team.

  • Ability to think strategically, understand technical strategies, and effectively communicate with the team.
