Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Analytics professional to join our team. As AVP / VP - HR Analytics, you will play a key role in supporting workforce planning and forecasting for FTE and compensation costs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of workforce planning strategies to ensure a systematic and transparent link between FTE, FTE movements, and compensation costs.
  • Provide advanced analytics support to the HR function in areas of people metrics, reporting, and predictive analytics.
  • Utilize technology and analytical tools (R, Python recommended) to develop and analyze enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with HR databases and systems to design and build workforce-related reporting, analytics, and forecasting.
  • Experience in an analytics environment, preferably within HR, including MI and reporting.
  • Experience in financial planning regarding workforce costs, including fixed pay, variable pay, and benefits.
  • Proficient in developing, owning, and optimizing statistical models, forecasting plans, and HR reports to drive meaningful business results.
  • Ability to lead the interpretation of HR data to identify significant differences, relationships, and trends in data.
