We are seeking a skilled engineer to maintain critical network infrastructure globally. As a key member of our Telecom Provisioning team, you will collaborate with various engineering teams and drive strategic solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with multiple teams to deliver collaborative solutions that stabilize and secure the DTCC infrastructure.
- Communicate complex issues effectively through concise messaging.
- Assess complex issues and structure potential solutions to drive resolution with senior partners.
- 4+ years of experience in telecommunications or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of telecommunication circuits, including handoffs, demarcations, LOA reading, SLAs, KMZ files, and service types.
- Experience with telecom vendor portals, such as Verizon's VEC, AT&T's Business Center, Cogent, BT, and others.
- Strong understanding of HBW products, including 100G or higher, OCN, UVN, WAVE, ROADM, etc.
- Ability to communicate effectively with management and senior leadership.
- Understanding of telecom billing practices, schedules, reconciliation, and dispute resolution.
- Strong experience in Excel, including creating reports and providing auditing across multiple sheets.
- Previous experience creating/implementing automation in a telecom ordering/billing environment.
- Understanding regulatory requirements and compliance.
