Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineer to join our team.

  • This is a senior-level role that requires a deep understanding of complex dynamic simulation process models and smart applications.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process Model Development: Develop and implement complex dynamic simulation process models using Simulation and Optimization tools.
  2. Project Requirements Translation: Translate project requirements into specifications and deliverables.
  3. Quality Project Delivery: Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
  4. Process Modelling and Simulation: Build and configure dynamic process and flow models for Oil & Gas Process.
  5. Simulation Studies: Run simulations for a wide range of scenarios with built models.
  6. Optimization and De-bottlenecking: Perform optimization and de-bottlenecking studies.
  7. Flow Assurance Modelling: Assist with Flow Assurance model building for Real-time production assurance systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering – Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: 8+ years' experience in Refinery or Petrochemical operations / process controls / process Engineering.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Advanced Process Control, Real-Time Optimization, Performance Monitoring, and First Principal modelling.
  • Software Proficiency: Skilled in Aspen Hysys, Aspen GDOT, KBC Petrosim, Technip Spyro, ROMeo, Rockwell Pavilion, Yokogawa smoc, Honeywell RMPCT, ASPEN DMC plus.
  • Certifications: Certified on modeling and simulation platform Aspen Plus / Hysys / Pro-II / Dynsim.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong domain knowledge & Chemical Engineering principles and operations.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret Process & Instrumentation Diagrams, Process Flow Diagrams, and control logics.
  • Communication: Good communication, writing & presentation skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work in a team and maintain good working relationships with customers.
