The successful Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying and acquiring new business opportunities for our organization. Key responsibilities include originating new prospects through direct sourcing and open market channels, as well as acquiring customers and taking their proposal up to the stage of disbursement.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Originate new Non-Tariff Business (NTB) prospects through direct sourcing and open market channels">
  • Acquire customers and take their proposal up to the stage of disbursement">
  • Meet existing customers to generate business opportunities and thereby generating revenue">
  • Cater to businesses with varying turnover ranges across Emerging Business, Mid Corporate, and Large Corp sectors">
  • Manage customer relationships, address service and sales queries, and engage and retain customers">
  • Identify new segments and set up new trade verticals for prospective business opportunities at different locations/regions new to the company">
  • Recommend and introduce new services to engage customers and generate fee income">
  • Acquire Emerging Corporate Profile customers, including cross-selling other retail products">
