Position: Sales Manager

Department: Sales and Marketing

Location: Sector 62, Noida

Experience: 8+ years

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred)

Role Summary:

The Sales Manager will lead and manage sales activities within the retail and B2C segments. The role involves overseeing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and developing distribution channels to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retail Sales:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.

  • Manage the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

  • Key Account Management:

  • Maintain and grow relationships with key clients.

  • Develop strategies to maximize revenue from existing clients and attract new business.

  • Channel Development and Branding:

  • Manage distribution channels to enhance product availability and brand presence.

  • Work with the marketing team to support sales initiatives and branding efforts.

  • B2C Sales:

  • Boost direct-to-consumer sales through digital and traditional channels.

  • Understand customer needs to improve sales approaches and customer satisfaction.

  • Finance and Compliance:

  • Maintain a basic understanding of budgeting and financial analysis.

  • Ensure compliance with regional laws and regulations.

  • Contract Management:

  • Oversee and negotiate sales contracts with clients.

  • Manage contract renewals and ensure they meet business needs.

  • Reporting:

  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

  • Present sales strategies and results to the leadership team.
