Manufacturing Optimization Specialist

• Maximize plant availability through effective supervision and coordination of mechanical activities.
• Implement cost control measures to optimize maintenance costs and prepare budgets based on past data and future targets.
• Identify and implement system improvements to enhance plant working and quality standards.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safety standards in the section, identifying spillage/leakages/dust emissions and executing corrective actions.
• Carry out modifications/upgradations to improve plant working on a continuous basis.

• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze breakdowns and suggest improvements.
• Experience with 5S activities and WCM (World Class Maintenance) practices.
• Knowledge of ISO and EMS systems.
